But not to worry, the office remodel does not interfere with daily operation.My experience with all of the staff here has been excellent. These are really good people. We own a town home at Village by the Beach. We had a small issue with the Roof and the HOA responded immediately and got everything ramified. I also needed to update my Flood policy with my servicer and when I requested information - they updated everything in less than 24hours. Our realtor was Randy Corpuz and is without a doubt, hands down the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He is thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely responsive and attentive. He had us scheduled for a showing on a home that came on the market at midnight for that next day before I could even ask him. You won’t find a better realtor out there. He was there for us every step of the way. I recommend anyone work with him. When I go to sell or rent my house, he will for sure be the realtor I work with. -

I appreciate how diligent they are about checking things around the resort and keeping my resort operating a such a high quality. If I have any issues I make a call to the office and get quick results. Glad they are watching over things. -

Misty, Kathy, and the rest of the HOA management team are absolute lifesavers. They are always professional, a pleasure to interact with, and make managing our HOA a breeze! They actively leverage their relationships to retain services, on our associations behalf, as economically as possible, and hold our vendors accountable. The experience they bring to the table allows them to offer guidance in areas where we lack experience as a board, and keeps us in a heads up, proactive management position, instead of being purely reactive (and behind and in panic mode). Their entire team is very detail oriented, definitely keep their Is dotted and their Ts crossed. 10/10 would recommend their services!!! -
