Our experience working with Dawn Bridwell was fantastic. In 2019 she helped my husband and I find the perfect place to buy for our daughter while she attended SFA. Through the years we stayed in touch. She would always text when she would run into our daughter in town and let us know if she ever needed anything to please let her know. We just listed the same place and Dawn had it sold quickly and made the experience seemless for us. She is highly knowlegable about the Nac area and has so many rescources for any need you may run across. I had a mobile home and lot that Bobby Bridwell sold for me . It was on a lake and they had a lot of rules . He had hundreds of inquires a mouth , but when people would get a copy of the rules they werent interested anymore , but he didnt give up and told me he would sell it , and he did .He does a great job and keeps you informed of everything that is going on . If ever I need to sell something else he will be my number one pick , you should do the same .
