Pippin was fantastic to work with - we met with her over two years ago to start the process of moving from California to Texas. A move across country is not an easy task -- Pippin was there to help us every step of the way. She was extremely patient with us, knowledgeable, flexible, and one of the best characteristics for me... always available :). She made the process of buying a home seamless and we couldnt have done it without her. In fact, Ive already referred her to family members and friends.

My husband and I just purchased a home in Celina, TX, and we had amazing home buying experience! We truly owe it all to our wonderful realtor Kathy Morrison - she is THE BOMB! THe whole process was seamless, and she helped make it EASY! Kathy was so kind and hard working, and it was obvious that she truly cared about us. She made sure every little detail was taken care of, and had incredible follow up. She was on our side 100% and even fought for us when there was an issue with the city. I would highly recommend! Terri Pescatore was absolutely one of the best realtors my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with. She Took care of all our needs as home buyers, and more. She made sure that none of the builders gave any grief, and that they were on point with what they needed to have to ensure that it was the best home for us. She stood for us, not just a pay check, so that we would get a home that we would love. She drove us all over the place looking for that special home that we could call ours. The process of buying or building a home is pretty stressful to say the least, Terri made that process much easier for us. I would always recommend Terri for anything realtor related.
