The wonderful staff made selling my house much easier than I anticipated. I moved out of the area before my house was listed. They were so helpful in handling any details with the sale of my house because I wasnt in the area. They kept in constant communication with me about the status of my home. They returned my calls promptly. My house sold for over the asking price. I highly recommend them, I would definitely use their services again.

Throughout the listing and selling our home, Michelle provided first-class service and the process was flawless.Local Knowledge: Her knowledge of both the Twin Creeks neighborhood and Allen (in general) is extremely impressive. Michelle is a long-term resident of the area and a seasoned real estate professional who can provide a history lesson on comparative neighborhood values, original builders, available floor plans, HOA rules, etc. In valuing our house, she made valuable home improvement recommendations, such as installing hardware floors which greatly enhanced the value and marketability of our home. She even provided us with a connection to a wholesale flooring manufacturer and a great installer.Process Expertise: From our first meeting, we immediately felt comfortable with Michelle and her team. Michelle explained the process in simple to understand steps. She handled everything in a timely manner and was proactive in ensuring we never missed a step.
