    I’m writing this review from inside my new townhouse! I worked with both Coco and Coco Marie to become a first time homeowner. Working with them as a team was fabulous.     Coco and team are amazing! We had a great experience working with Coco from the beginning, she came highly recommended from a friend, she and her team are very professional, responsive and very knowledgeable with tons of experience about the real estate world. Coco accommodated all our requests, we ended up building a new house it took around a year, she helped us with builder communication during the entire process, negotiated feature prices and helped us to understand and/or translate from English to Spanish some business terminology, also helped us with the inspections, and clarified numbers and documentation provided from the builder during the closing phase.     Coco and her mom are amazing. I started looking for a new home in November/December of 2020 amidst temporarily moving back to Houston, packing and moving my stuff into storage, renovating my current townhome, and coordinating with the new tenants. Also a pandemic. Coco was so supportive and communicative throughout the entire process.Although this was my second home buying experience, I felt like I blindly went through the first one and was not as informed and thoughtful as I could have been. Coco did a wonderful job of educating and consulting me on best options, and that style really resonated with me.I was able to bid on a new construction home before the Austin market truly went insane. As Im waiting for my house to be built and staying in Houston, Coco has been great about communicating the process (such as a Google folder of documents and photos/videos of the new build and sending me voice memos of updates).Im grateful to Coco and her mom for helping me find the right home for this season of my life and cant wait to move in!

    Coco Marie Vargas went above and beyond to help guide us through our first ever home purchase!We live in Austin, and had aspirations to buy a home in 2022, but were discouraged about how the market was. We met with Coco and she went over the intricacies and benefits of new construction homes. She found a builder that had floor plans we liked / were in our price range and within our exact desired location in Austin.     We mostly worked with Coco Marie, who has been simply wonderful throughout the home buying process (and after). She is communicative, supportive, and resourceful. Coco listened to our preferences and concerns, helping us find a tremendous house in the desired area that fit into our financial means. She was particularly knowledgeable and helpful in connecting us with a lender who could help us pur hase with a low down payment -- and when that one didnt work out for other reasons, she found another lender in less than 24 hours who was able to close on the original schedule!
