Trey was absolutely the most amazing realtor. As a military family, we are very familiar with buying and selling houses. This is the first time, at over halfway through my career, that we have felt completely comfortable. Trey not only took great care of us as a realtor, but he also took the time to teach us and educate us on the overall process. This left us feeling better prepared for the inevitable next move. He was extremely attentive, and exceedingly communicative. He went out of his way to take the time to attend to our questions and ensure that we were 100% happy throughout the process. Eryka Dominguez is amazing! She listened to all of our wants and needs and was able to deliver the perfect dream home for our family. Not only that, but she was able to sell our house very quickly and fought for us every step of the way. I love how she made us a priority and didnt push anything on us that we didnt want. Her main goal was to ensure we were happy and she accomplished that easily! Selling and buying at the same time can be very scary and stressful, but Eryka made sure that it was only enjoyable for us. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell a home! 10/10 :)

Trey is my Ethan Hunt to my mission impossible!! I had a home to list and a 21 acre tract of land elsewhere to list as well. We decided in August we were moving to Alaska and thanks to Trey getting us the best deal possible on our house we were here by October!! A couple months later and here we are and under contract on our 21 acre tract. Minimum closing costs on our end and an offer over asking price. The land was definitely a challenge for anyone to take on and he worked night and day to make sure we got what we needed and so much more! If you want someone who is going to be honest, hardworking and have your best interests in mind...Trey is the realtor for you! Not only was he readily available to show me properties, he was also very knowledgeable about the home buying process and different areas in the city. He is also well connected in his field so I seamlessly received great referrals to other industry professionals like inpectors, lenders, tradesmen and title company. I do not hesitate to recommend him to represent you in any real estate transaction. I was able to find a great home and a great price and I couldnt of done it without Zach. I rate him 11 out of 10!

Our experience with Roland Garcia has been nothing short of excellence. He has been on top of every detail of our 2 separate land purchases this past year. Roland has been able to explain details and if he wasnt sure on something, he found out and got back to us asap. His communication skills (both by text & phone) are refreshing in a world of Ill get back to you answers. He is the calm in midst of real estate chaos with lenders & title companies. When we closed on both properties, Roland actually showed up, from two counties away, to be there with us. Did he need to be there? No, according to the title companies. He was there to answer any last minute questions that always seem to pop up right when youre signing paperwork. Title company missing a survey in their paperwork? Boom. Roland has it. Both title companies were impressed with him, his organizational skills and his professional presence. Afterward, we were presented with a nice binder with all our transactional paperwork from Roland. This now keeps everything together for us when we have county stuff like ag exemptions, utilities & taxes to file. Who does that? Roland does. Coastal Bend is blessed to have him and so are we.

I just want to say that Robert Barger, my realtor was there for me when I needed help the most. I hired movers to moved a sofa bed and loveseat to my upstairs condo. They said they couldn’t move the sofa bed because it was unsafe ( too long). Robert was there for me, he found a way to move it into the condo safely, and helped me move it in as well!
