Tammy was very helpful in helping my Husband and I purchase our first home. She listened to what our wants and needs were and was very accommodating in looking for the right listing for us. She would stay at each property that we looked at until we were finished looking, never rushed us even when it was late at night. Even though she was our realtor her husband Mark would join on a few listing and it was great to have both of their input since we were first time home buyers. She helped us work with a builder who does a building on demand program to find our home. She was professional in every aspect of the process. We are still able to contact her with any new home buyer questions that come up. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a home in the Canyon Lake area you use Tammy and Mark for your realty needs!

She is quick to respond, great at communicating, makes great recommendations (e.g., finding us a good inspector, etc.) and is on top of it, as far as getting things done quickly and effectively. Tammy is always available with answers to my questions. She and her broker husband Mark took the time to walk the property with me and give me advice. We set a price, she posted it on reality sites and worked diligently to sell it. Within two weeks she had a couple of offers. She talked the future buyers into a cash deal and so within one month of posting the property, I had the full price deposited into my bank. Without her expertise, the buyers would have financed the property. I would highly recommend this real estate team.

My husband and I both have had careers in sales so our expectations may be a little higher than most. Having dealt with several realtors in the area, we came across Tammy Scott through one of her listings. When we spoke with her initially, she was very knowledgeable and familiar with the market. We discussed our needs and she inadvertently narrowed down properties for us to consider - quality over quantity. We met she and Mark (bonus) at a lot we were considering. They both had all then information possible on the property possible to help us make an informed decision. Both were extremely professional, consultative, honest and most importantly their priority was to serve our needs over just making a sell. Highly recommend.

Mark and Tammy did a great job throughout the entire buying process. This purchase had a few external surprises (appraisal, inspection etc..) that Mark really helped solve and get us to the finish line.I think experience and perseverance really paid off..
