Dewayne was our agent and worked with us to sell our property. I live 2+ hours away and to say he went βabove and beyondβ to help me and my mother through this process is an understatement. I donβt know how Iβd have managed the sale without him. He is knowledgeable of the area and land and residential real estate. He often took care of minor maintenance issues for me since I was far away. He was always advocating on our behalf and never pressured us to take an offer that was too low. We were looking to move to Stephenville from Illinois so we really needed a realtor that knew the area and could be our eyes since we werent in the area. Sam Byrd was our realtor and he really outdid himself finding us the right home. So if youre moving to the Stephenville/Gordon/Granbury/Weatherford area you really need to use these folks - they know their market.
