Mike was an amazing agent for our first home purchase. He was quick to answer any questions we had and always cheerful in his communication. We were particularly impressed with his level of knowledge from home buying to good neighborhoods, to construction, etc. which made us very confident with our purchase. Most importantly, Mike and his team were extremely patient and helpful and understood the added pressure of buying your first home. Even when closing was delayed due to factors outside of our control, he was our biggest champion in pushing past the finish line. We would love to work with Mike and Cityscape in the future.

If youre in the market for a realtor, you can officially stop looking, Mike Ifland is by far the best and most dedicated realtor out there! I worked with Mike for three years during which he helped me find the rental home I first moved into and then the house I purchased. He is extremely patient, cares about his clients, and takes the time to get to know you and what youre looking for. Mike was always flexible with timing and worked around my busy work schedule to make sure we found the perfect home. I recommend Mike to all my friends and family. I cannot recommend him enough!

Not enough can be said about Amy and Mike with Cityscape Brokers. To say they went above and beyond in regards to ‘realtor services’ is the understatement of the year. We were relocating from another state and only had a short window in which to narrow down neighborhoods, find and put a contract on a home. Even when we found a house we loved, they worked tirelessly to continue to give us more options knowing full well the Houston market and how things can quickly change. During the home search process they were understanding and accommodating of our family needs, especially helping keep our two young children occupied and engaged. Even after the close, Amy and Mike continue to provide as-needed guidance and support. They make you feel as though they have no other clients or things going on, and never made us feel rushed or like we were a bother. We have found our lifelong realtors and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Cityscape enough! The Cityscape team goes way above and beyond their job description to make sure each and every need of their clients are met. I was referred to Michael by my brother in law. From the first conversation I had with him, I was sure that he and his team would be dedicated to making our home search as easy as possible. My family and I moved from New Jersey and therefore relied on Michael and Lauren to do much of the preliminary work in deciding which locations in the Houston area would be a perfect fit. With just two trips planned to scope out the available homesites, Lauren made it her priority to dedicate the maximum amount of time to myself and my husband. She worked tirelessly for days on end knowing that we had limited time while visiting Texas to home search. After finding the perfect homesite, Lauren guided us on negotiating a great deal. Then, Michael’s long time expertise with new home construction came into play. He checked in on the progress and construction throughout the building process, while Lauren continued to follow up with the closing process. When it finally came time to close, Michael and Lauren made sure to be with us as an extra set of eyes to ensure the house was in perfect condition. I am so glad they did! They ended up catching many details that neither myself and my husband, nor the inspector did. In the blink of an eye phone calls were made to have area supervisors in the home and all concerns were addressed before we closed that day! Their customer service is unparalleled. They make a perfect team and we’re an absolute PLEASURE to deal with. Using anyone else is a mistake.
