Over the years, I have bought and sold numerous properties. I have worked with lots of different realtors. But none of them can compare with Cindy at DFW Moves. She helped us buy a house for a great price right after the initial COVID lull when prices were exploding and bidding wars were rampant. And then she helped us sell it again (in three days for $50k+ over asking) when interest rates were high and buyers held all the cards. She is amazing! She always has her clients best interests at heart. She does whatever is needed to achieve the desired outcome. I cannot recommend Cindy highly enough. She is perfect!

Cindy is, in a word, simply FANTASTIC! She has been our realtor since we moved to the DFW area a few years back with our first home in Keller. She was instrumental with the sale of that home and helped us secure and purchase a home in Hurst/Colleyville. Her knowledge of the area and keen sense of understanding what we wanted as a home is truly unique and like no other experience weve had. I cant think of anyone who does this better than Cindy and is ALWAYS looking out for her customers best interest!

Cindy was our realtor when we bought our house in Flower Mound in 2022. She was a gem to work with! There was foundation work and plumbing work needed during the contract time and she coordinated with the sellers to get it done seamlessly. She also had great recommendations for painters and other workers to help us get the house ready for move in. Since we moved in two years ago, she has continued to be a resource for us, whether it be recommendations for contractors or information to help us protest our property tax appraisal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable realtor who will go the extra mile, I highly recommend Cindy!

Cindy Allen is the BEST ! We found her while looking at houses on the internet two months before we sold our home in California. During those two months Cindy went out of her way to provide us with any information needed about homes we were viewing online, home disclosures, etc. I even flew out to Texas to go look at homes, and Cindy picked me up at the airport even though my daughters live in the area. Cindy asked us exactly what we were looking for, and came through showing us those homes. We ended up with the perfect home. My wife and I are so thankful we found Cindy. I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy a couple of times! My first experience was moving to the area and I needed to find a house in a weekend! She cleared her schedule and we were off! She offered so much more than showing me houses, she was helping me find a home for my family! She gave me her expert opinion and even offered up ideas that I didn’t even think about! She took the stress out of buying a home and we did it! We found our home! Then I called on her again when it was time to help my parents! Words cant possibly do Cindy Allen justice but I will try my best. Cindy first helped us find a home during the beginning of the pandemic and at that point in time, we were truly unsure if we should consider buying, not knowing what the market will do with this pandemic of 2020. The minute I reached out to Cindy, asking her about new build communities in up and coming towns, I knew I hit the absolute jackpot with my representation. She already knew of the towns, the builders, the price points, and contacts. We not only found one of the best communities in the metro-plex but she found it in an insane amount of time, at an incredible price point. Her knowledge, expertise, customer service, availability, and her true care is unmatched. Hands down. Something that I never wouldve considered when looking for a realtor, is their confidence. Cindy has and had it (back then) in spades. She was the SOLE reason why we bought as soon as the pandemic hit. It was something about her confidence that made us feel at ease. Not only did she find our first ever property, but she did it with the innate ability to make us feel comfortable about the largest transaction in our life. There probably arent enough verbs and adjectives to explain who Cindy is as a realtor but just know when you chose her, you have 10000% picked the right person to represent you.So...fast forward two years. We have to sell our property due to unforeseen circumstances and guess who came to the rescue? You betcha, Cindy. This is a PRIME example of why Cindy is so great. The property we bought with her two years ago; it just so happened to be awarded one of the best communities in the state and that came with incredible equity in just two years. You know how I say Cindy has this innate ability, well she also holds this innate ability of knowing whats best for us, at each turn. She told us when we signed, you will not regret this, you all just got a steal. She was right again...Unfortunately we had to sell the house when we werent ready but she helped us find a buyer within two days of asking and guess what, she was just as confident then as she was with us the first time we bought. Cindy walked us through the insanity, that is selling a house and the amount of moving parts. Although, when she said it and explained it, it didnt seem too complicated because she made us feel educated and (Ill use this word again) very comfortable in our decision(s). I think my only regret, is that I cannot give Cindy millions of dollars or steal her out to Washington to help us on our next adventure in life. All I can do, is absolutely ensure that every individual looking to buy or sell a house uses Cindy Allen. I PROMISE YOU, she is the best TX has to offer!
