We worked with Chris Tinnell to buy our home in North Austin area and were extremely impressed with his expertise in analyzing all aspects of the home buying process (be it a new construction or existing homes). Chris was exceptionally good at guiding and helped us find the right home during this difficult market. He showed and answered all the minute details on facetime for us as we were moving from a different state.Chris helped us in not only finding the right type of home but was also helpful in avoiding some homes by highlighting potential issues. I can definitely say Chris goes above and beyond any realtor I have seen or even expect to do. As a business owner myself, I deal with too many companies who spend a lot of time getting your business, but fail to live up to their responsibilities in the end. Chris is the opposite of that.
