Was my first home buying experience and I was referred to Chris through Wevett. I had a lot of reservations and friends had given me a ton of issues to watch for but Chris quickly put all that to bed. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable of the area. Anything I asked for he was johnny on the spot. The end result was a buying experience that was second to none. If youre buying in Texas there is no other choice.

Chris came highly recommended, I did not know any realtors in the Wichita Falls area. Chris helped me prepare for the sale of my dad’s house for months before it went on the market. His advice was solid and he provided many resources to help us along the way. Selling a house that was full of memories and needed lots of love and attention is not easy but with Chris’s advice and attention, even getting on the roof and trimming trees for me, made the process much less daunting of a task. The house was on the market for a day and sold as I was traveling across the country and that too was still a very simple process. I highly recommend Chris as your next realtor whether you are buying or selling. His attention to details , fast responses to my questions and worries set me and my family at ease. Thanks Chris! Chris is an amazing realtor. Myself and my wife as first time buyers sought after a realtor, we spoke to a few different realtors and Chris was the one that put us at ease and was the most knowledgeable. Not only did he find us our perfect home he also helped us find a mortgage lender to be able to get the best deal. He also got back to us really quickly whenever we had a question for him and as soon as we wanted to see a house Chris made the appointment as soon as we asked so we could see the house before anyone else. I would rate Chris 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal realtor! We chose Chris as our realtor when buying our first home, due to all the positive reviews he had. Every word we read was true. Chris went above and beyond for us, and was with us every step of the way through the stressful process of buying your first home. We found the perfect first home for us, and he made each step much less stressful to deal with. He even got us in touch with potential lenders he recommended, and he worked around our work schedules to see homes and answer questions (often times seeing us and talking to us on weekends and/or evenings). We truly appreciate him and highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. He not only does a great job, but cares for his clients and gives his honest input and opinions. We will definitely use him for any future needs when it comes to buying or selling.

5 Stars isnt enough for Chris. From day one he had a breakdown of the process to buying a home, and the typical timeframe each process takes. He took care of so many details so my wife and I could focus on finding the right home without the stress of details. When we are ready to sell, or buy in the future I will go straight back to Chris, and I highly recommend to the person reading this to do the same. Theres a reason why he has so many awards as a realtor, and why he will run out of space to put them in the future.

Chris was the only realtor I wanted to go with when we bought our home in 2016. A lot of realtors I’ve dealt with just never seem to listen to what you want, and push homes that they know will make them the most money. That’s not Chris Mullins. He never sent me automated house advertisements that never matched my requests, and actually sought out what we actually wanted. I loved my home we purchased with the help of Chris, and when I had to sell it due to a military PCS there was no doubt who I was calling to get it sold. There’s no other realtor I would recommend higher than Chris Mullins. I hired a realtor, but gained a friend. Thanks again brother.

I like to think of Chris as a community ambassador for Wichita Falls, because as an incoming military family he was one of the first faces we met. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for how much he has helped my family during two major transitions in our life.
