I recently bought and sold a home with Chris as my realtor, and I can confidently say hes the best in the business. Hes a rare find: a genuinely kind and easy-going guy who makes the home buying process less stressful plus an incredibly savvy and strategic business person who has the skills needed to ensure youre getting the best deal on the purchase or sale of your home. Our home-buying process was challenging; we had a very small area in which we were looking and a long list of must haves. Not once did I feel rushed by Chris. I could tell he truly wanted us to find the just right home for us, and it was clear time after time that his number one priority was that we were ultimately happy with the home we chose. I am so so so grateful for Chris for helping my boyfriend and I get into the home of our dreams!My boyfriend and I moved in together last month and our odds of getting approved to rent a home were NOT good. We both have poor credit and my boyfriend has a criminal record with felonies. Needless to say, after getting denied the first 2 applications we put in, we were not very hopeful. And I only had less than 2 weeks before I had to be out of my apartment, so I was STRESSIN. But Chris was confident and assured us we would find something, and thanks to him continuing to go above and beyond, continuing to show us homes at night after we got off work, and continuing to reach out to NUMEROUS agents explaining our situation, we were approved for a perfect house in our budget and in a beautiful subdivision in Leander. Everyone knows that selling your house can be stressful (to say the least) and traumatic (to say the worst). But when you have a great realtor as your partner to help you through all the ups and downs and explain all the steps in the process then even stressful is minimized. I was lucky enough to have such a realtor. Chris Anderson had worked with my daughter and son-in-law to not only sell their house but help them buy a new one. Watching him work with them convinced me that I needed him for the sale of my house even though it was out of the Austin area. I made some local realtors mad that I chose an out-of-towner but Chris’ experience, knowledge and savvy were things that couldn’t be matched. He generated interest in the house prior to the sale and fielded two offers for us to decide on. He was always available and so patient in answering questions. When the dust settled, my house was sold after nine days on the market and $2000 shy of my asking price (which, after doing his research, he had recommended). I cannot recommend him enough.
