I Have been in business with Robert Herring and Century 21 for 11 years. It all started in 2013 when I decided to become a tenant for a property in willow springs. As a first-time renter they made the process seamlessly easy. They were on time with service workorder request, and the main office were always in consistent communications with me. In 2017, I purchased my first home and no longer needed Roberts services, but in 2020 I decided to turn my home into rental property and of course there was only one property management company, I could trust to handle the process. As my property manager Robert ensured that all tenants were vetted and understood the terms of agreement for moving into my home. Within a couple days I had tenants and property managers made sure the home was kept in pristine condition. Mid 2023 I decided to sell the home and Mr. Herrings was ready to take on the challenge. After 3 ½ months on the market we had a buyer, and the rest was history. There are so many takeaways from partnering with Robert; his professionalism, personability, humbleness, relatability, and knowledge. Robert Herrings was my property manager nearly 15 years after I moved from my duty station at Ft. Hood. He was quick to address and resolve any issue I had with the property or management. He and his people took good care of my rental home until I decided to sell it this year. I had little hesitation in choosing him to be my realtor. I was very pleased with the price he was able to get for my home and the speed and relative ease in which it sold. The only reason for not getting the full 5 stars is sometimes communication could be better and getting a better breakdown of needed repairs and their associated costs.

Robert H is very good and takes care of his clients the best that he could and gets them everything through the process of saling a home with very little stress on their end. Stays on top of things to get whatever is needed but does need to keep the clients updated better of what is going on and may not return your calls right away but will get back to you before the end of the day. He took my house and got it sold in 2 weeks then when there was issues with the closing dates which was not due to him, due to the buyers broker not doing their job still made sure to stay on the phone to get things done even when I was inconvenient made sure I was taken care of. Hello Everyone,Mr. Herrings managed my property for 3 years and then I came back to live in it for 4 years. So, when I was ready to sell it I choose to go with his company because I knew that he was going to make the process easy. His team has been there from Day 1 and to the end. If I had a question and didn’t know right off; they would say let me find out and I would get back to you. AND THEY DID!!!I appreciate Mr. Herrings going over the specs in the neighborhood and giving me sound advice. Also, if I wanted to make a change he LISTEN to me and said okay we’ll go with that!!! He knows the Killeen/Cooperas Cove/ Harper Heights and surrounding area market. When I put my house on the market; he projected I would have a offer by the weekend. I got an offer after only two days on the market. He is very detailed, hard working, and making sure you know what’s going on in every step of the process.I’m a nurse and I always take care of my patients as if they were my family members. This company is amazing! Mr. Herrings has been our property manager for over 6 years! He is the most professional realtor I have ever met, when my and my husband found out that we were pcsing away from Fort Hood, he came Highly recommended, this was our first time renting out our home and I heard so many horror stories about renting property out, but I would do it all over again. Mr. Herring and his company took the time to listen to my concerns and only picked the best Tenents to rent out our home by providing thorough background checks and etc, He kept us posted on Maintenence issues and anything that could have possibly come up while he was our property manager until we sold not that long again, 6 years later!
