I had the pleasure of working with Sherri and Jacob Bingham during my renting experience. Both were wonderful people to work with. Special thanks to Jacob for going above and beyond to meet my needs from moving in, to renewing each year, and finally during my move out. After my move out it was a month until my closing and Jacob was still assisting me with my mortgage experience when my lender requested rental history the DAY OF CLOSING. We had a very good experience with Connie Herron, who worked closely with us purchase a home in a strong sellers market. Connie helped us find just the right property within our specifications, and was there at every step from pre-qualification, searching, writing a successful offer, inspection, closing, and even AFTER the closing when an appliance malfunctioned. Connie is an excellent, ethical, and knowledgeable agent whom I can recommend wholeheartedly.
