Cassie Nash is a knowledgable and professional real estate agent. She understood our urgency to find the perfect home for us since Hurricane Harvey displaced us from Galveston County. We purchased a house from Becky and Kevin, and are currently selling a house with Becky and her agent. What I most appreciated from purchasing a home from Becky and Kevin was that they never tried to hard sell my husband and I. With each place we visited, they listened, took notes, and continued to improve our options. Its always nice to feel listened to by an agent. I appreciated that they never pushed a property or a price point on us.With selling our home, Becky and her agent were very clear with what they would be doing in detail during the first month to market our home. They have kept us informed each month on how the listing is doing. They have always been available for us to speak with them when we need to. They are quick to send documents and are always friendly. Cassie Nash was exactly the person we needed to begin the next chapter in our lives. She went above and beyond for us, answering all of our questions, and explaining every detail of the process of buying a house. We were first time buyers, and needed our dream home quickly, with our new little one on the way. Cassie walked us through the entire process, and gave us tips and suggestions on how to figure out what was best suited for us. She took the time to make sure we were 100% confident in our choice, and to this day, almost 3 years later, still checks in and makes sure we are doing well. The day we were supposed to finally sign everything, I went into labor early morning. Cassie knowing I did not want, nor could really postpone signing, got the paper work to us, along with everyone who needed to be there, in my hospital room, so we could have our house ready for our newest addition. 1000% recommend Cassie as being your realtor.

Josie Troutman!!!! We spent quite sometime touring Texas and looked at houses in various locations. We really didn’t know where we wanted to move and were just lookie-loos. Josie was receptive to us reaching out to her and lined up an abundance of properties for us to look at in our short two days we were in Lufkin. She provided information on neighborhoods, locations, schools and comps for the area. Some properties we considered weren’t in a prime location. She was honest and provided an unbiased opinion.We went to Tyler, Longview, Mr. Pleasant, Conroe, Woodlands... etc. looking for a new home. No one treated us better than Josie and the lovely city of Lufkin.Fast forward 4 Four months later...We finally packed our bags and moved to Lufkin... staying in the Crown Colony Villas with no place to call home. Meanwhile... our contract with Josie expired but she still worked diligently in sending us new listings and properties that fit our needs while our house was being sold in Southern California. Not once did she send a new contract or try to tie us down to a commitment. She single handily helped us locate a property that fit our wants and wishes without expecting anything in return.
