Their standard of customer service is great. Each maintenance or repair issue Ive had was seen to in a timely, and professional manner. Every negative review Ive seen is from someone who does not understand that policies and procedures are put in place for a reason. Susan is amazing when it comes to solving your issue and actually hearing you out. Jessica is extremely polite and has great phone etiquette. Again, if you cant understand a companys policies and procedure dont allow your ignorance to shine through in a bad review. Great landlords and will recommend to anyone.

Charlies the best, he cares, hes honest, he tells it like it is and if you listen to him you will be happy. Ive used other realtors in the past and at best there were issues at worst ethics violations. Theres no monkey business like that at this firm. Charlie is a very hard worker and does whats right for his clients. I wont use anyone else.
