We are so glad we had Savannah on our team during the home buying process. Savannah was extremely professional, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our first real home buying experience. We would send an email at 9pm on a Friday night with questions, expecting to hear back on Monday, but nope! In some cases, Savannah has gotten back to us within the hour. We truly felt like Savannah was working tirelessly to help us find our ideal home. She is compassionate, warm, extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, easy to talk with, and has been so helpful to us! She has many contacts in the industry and helped us on both the sale of our home but also navigating the waters of building new construction. The whole office is fabulous and I highly recommend them all.... but Savannah is my girl.

Savannah is my go to realtor for many reasons. She’s ethical caring and knows her business inside any out. She is passionate about he work and it definitely shows. Being a home builder I see many realtor come though and Savannah shines. She’s to the point, very professional and extremely good at her job. I can not recommend Savannah highly enough. This is coming from a who builder whose take home drops 6 persent and still wouldn’t use anyone but Savannah for the listing gladly because I know she’s on top of everything. We have used Sue Ellen and Century 21 since we moved to Salado. She is our Realtor and has become a family friend. We have bought 3 homes and sold 2. If return business doesn’t tell you what you need to know then know that they treat you like family. It is a family run business (3 generations now, I think) that has been in Salado for decades. You don’t keep a small town business running for that long without great results and a great reputation.

Savannah has been a STELLAR Realtor for us since 2016, when she helped my husband and I purchase our first home. No concern or question from us was too small or insignificant to her; she wanted to ensure we felt 100% comfortable about buying our first home. We never felt pressured and she was always very communicative with us. Then, in 2019, we purchased land and Savannah was our life-saver! She noticed errors on the banks end that she did not have to concern herself with, but she knew it would affect us, so she fought for us and ultimately kept us on track for our purchase. Even at our closing, she was asking questions and taking notes; she made us feel like even to the end, she was on our side and taking care of us. She is about the person, not the close, and you can see that in how she goes the extra mile to get answers and communicate throughout the process. She is excellent at explaining terms which may be unfamiliar to new buyers and giving tips for future use. If we ever need to sell or buy a house in the future, she will definitely be the one we call!

Once we told her we wanted to put the home up for sale to move to the Rockies she got right down to business, that is after she said that she would miss us. We were neighbors and she has been a great friend while we lived in Salado, Tx. Sue Ellen knows her stuff, believe me. We sold the home very fast and we made a nice profit. I have used Sue twice in the past, and you can rest assure that your best interests will be her priority. I could go on and on about her character and her kindness, but I think you get the point.
