If you are looking for a realtor that will listen to you and keep your needs their priority, look no further. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always warm, friendly, and respectful toward me and answered every question I had thoroughly. And believe me, I had numerous as a first-time home buyer! She explained the whole process simply and broke down all costs associated with closing so I could properly budget. Cathy also has an outstanding understanding of the market. With her guidance I was able put forth a competitive offer within my budget to get me into my home back in June 2022. Whats more, she takes care of her clients even after closing.
