Ricky help my wife and I with selling our town home and buying our new house. He made the process so easy and help us negotiate some of our new house items such as blind, negotiation of price, help with taxes tips and more. Ricky was always available to answer any questions and even met with us many times at our new home site even though it was on the other side of town. I will recommend anyone to use his service and expertise if you are buying or selling a home and even to find your new apartment since he is an amazing realtor. He really cares about his clients needs.

Working with Ricky has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my home buying process — I mean it! I’ve gloated about him so much to everyone I know. He is always one call or text away and has been so flexible in working with my crazy schedule. I don’t think I would have been able to buy a house during this time in my life if it wasn’t for this man!! I’d recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy a house.

Ricky is a very trustworthy and professional agent. He have had quite a few transactions with him over the past 10 years. He always goes above and beyond. My husband & I have had quite a few real estate agents prior but Rick is simply the best. He is very kind & always looks out for our interest. Because of that, we like to heed to his advice. Looking back, I am so glad we listened to him at every critical moment. Selling and buying real estate property is a huge deal for most people including us and we count ourselves very blessed to find someone like Ricky whom we could trust. Google should allow 10 stars! As a first time home-buyer, I cannot express how grateful I was to have Ricky Ibarra as my real estate agent. I was nervous, stressed out, and dealing with a fair share of 2020s problems. Ricky was the calm in the storm at every turn and his insights and guidance really helped me along my home-buying journey. He had such a good eye for catching things at the homes we looked at and a wealth of knowledge. He was so patient and I honestly felt like his only client, despite knowing he was helping many more.
