We couldn’t be happier with our selling experience with Joanie Caskey. After interviewing several Realtors, the choice to use Caskey Realty was an easy one to make. Joanie helped us identify the issues in our house that might prevent us from getting top dollar, and her access to local resources was so appreciated. Within a week we had new flooring installed in all the living spaces, updated light fixtures in strategic locations, and several small repairs were done that would have been an issue during an inspection. Probably the most important thing she did for us was to price the house right. Our house was in escrow within a week, receiving multiple offers over the asking price and we closed in less than 30 days. I have never worked with a realtor who was so professional, and so responsive to our calls and texts Joanie gave so much attention to detail.

Outstanding realtor!!! Joanie was very knowledgeable about the types of homes in the area as well as what I was looking for. Her efforts are unmatched, as she is trying to find the home that works best for you other than just a house. She will always have time for a client and the line of communication is always open, it feels as if you have your own personal realtor, it’s remarkable. Her experience allows her to think outside of the box to remove roadblocks to seal deals that are in the best interest of her clients. If the deal does not make sense or something seems off, she will let you know. Buying a home is something I was not looking forward to, but Joanie made it simple and easy.
