From the day we first met Carrie, I knew there was something special about her. God truly led us to Carrie. My husband and I met Carrie at a random open house that she was hosting. Carrie quickly assured us that the particular house we were at was NOT our house, but that she would find OUR house for us if wed let her. We left there that day excited to begin our house hunt and excited for Carrie to be our Realtor. Carrie works for her clients. I mean, she really works. Early mornings, late nights, while shes on vacation, she never slows down. We had some challenges and Carrie encouraged us and helped us overcome those challenges, and celebrated with and for us when we conquered them. When I got discouraged, Carrie knew exactly when to give me space or a pep talk, whichever I needed. She became a friend during our house hunt. She listened (even when I didnt realize she was listening) and picked up on little things we would say. She was always ready to show us houses, even on short notice, and when we found OUR house, she knew exactly how to write up our offer so that wed have the best chance of getting the house. She laughed with us and prayed for us, cheered us on and then celebrated with us. After closing when we walked into our house, Carrie had left us little surprises all over the house, one in particular that I will treasure forever. After closing, she has kept in contact with us - which has been wonderful, because I actually missed talking to and/or being with her most every day! With all that I am, I confidently recommend Carrie Beamer. Words just cant express the gratitude we have for Carrie and how thankful we are that she was willing to be our Realtor. We dont plan on moving again any time soon, but if we ever do, we wont look for a Realtor. Well just call Carrie. When our friends and family need a Realtor, we know a lady!

She kept us informed and was always available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process. Shes very knowledgeable about the Central Texas area. Carrie Beamer was fantastic and I would highly recomend her to any and everyone!! We are first time home buyers and not knowing much about the process seemed overwhelming and frightening. Carrie made everything so simple to understand. She was always avaliable and personable. She found us the perfect home in a pretty scarce market in the time frame we were needing. We threw some curve balls her way and couldnt have been easy clients but she never made us feel like a that. She always went out of her way to take care of us and made sure ended up in the perfect home!

Carrie is a wonderful person who is very personable and really understands your needs. She met with my husband and myself and was well prepared to take notes and carefully understand our preference for what we were looking for in our new home from favorable direction, open concept, proximity to my work office, school district and safe neighborhood. Within few weeks she lined up number of new home visits. She was always prompt to the meetings, sent several materials in advance and listings with level of details within those searches. She met us at the location and guided us to ask relevant questions to the builders and sellers. She is very knowledgeable about the central Texas Property market and keeps close look at the changing tax rates, interest rates etc.She found our dream house and as we were new home buyers she walked us through the process. For designs meetings and other meetings with the builder, she presented herself very well and always presented our interest at top of her mind. She is super organized and has blinders and folders of the clients that she works for. She is focused on building long lasting relationships!Once our house was closed, Carrie continued to support us through several months by visiting the new construction every weekend and sharing progress with us through videos and voice notes. She has remained with us from the beginning to the end and still checks in from time to time. Carrie was amazing to work with. We felt that she cared about us and our needs as opposed to just selling us a house to increase her numbers. We had the added challenge of trying to buy during the height (so far) of the Covid19 pandemic. She was very responsive with getting us to be able to view houses and comp data. Once we found a house that we wanted to make an offer on, just gave us great advice and helped us work though getting our offer accepted. Carrie offered us recommendations on various inspectors to call during our option period and advised. She advised us through the negotiation process and helped us get more concessions then we thought we would be able to get. She advised us to go with a local lender as opposed to an online one which in the end, turned out to most likely allow us to close. About a week before we planned on closing, we received a call from Carrie that we may need to close the following day due to concerns regarding the seller’s health. The team she assembled for us actually made that happen painlessly, although we had to abide by a 3 day waiting period to do our part. I highly recommend Carrie. Next time we are in the real-estate market, Carrie will be our first choice without question.

Carrie and Pure Realty helped my husband and I buy our first home and we loved the experience. Carrie and her team were all super quick to respond every time we reached out to them and we felt like they all treated us very well. Even with the whole COVID 19 going on, there wasnt any hitch in the house buying process. Carrie supplied us with masks she bought herself and hand sanitizer. Our closing date had to be bumped up for unforeseen reasons and Carrie and the team at Pure Realty worked hard to get everything ready in time. And when we got to our new home there was even an awesome gift basket waiting for us on the kitchen counter. We would definitely recommend Carrie and Pure Realty to our friends and family.
