Carri is absolutely the best! Living several hours away and with a toddler, we had a very short window of time in Dallas to look at houses. Carri was incredibly helpful in finding us great options that met our search criteria but was also flexible in working around our schedule for setting up showings. She is very knowledgeable about the Dallas market and neighborhood details, which was helpful and reassuring since we weren’t familiar with the area. Once we found the house we wanted, she was with us every step of the way through closing- she’s organized, let us know what was coming up, and could answer any questions we had. She was so responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Carri went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of.
