If you are looking for an A to Z solution in selling a house, Carol is the choice! Before we put the house on the market, she gave helpful suggestions on improvement. She staged the house with coherent themes, artistic touch and highlighted the best features of the floor plan. She guided us through the process of setting a listing price that is fair but also captures the market trend. Within the first two days on the market, the house received many offers. Carol negotiated the highest bid while securing a second backup offer. Despite the pandemic and severe winter storm in Dallas, the sale went through smoothly in three weeks. She navigated us through the entire process of selling our home from start to finish, keeping us informed throughout, which was a bigger challenge because we had moved out of state. She provided invaluable knowledge in getting our home in the best position for selling. She staged our home perfectly to highlight its features.
