There are no words to describe our experience with Carmen and his team. We still thank for the recommendation that led us to him because no one will work as hard or as diligent as Carmen or his team to get you where you want to be. He never left us alone in the process and explained us everything we need to know to make sure that what was happening is the best choice for our little family. Even after the transitions closed, Carmen stayed with us and helped us through some situations that popped up unexpectedly. To anyone out there looking to buy or sell, look no further.

Carmen and Frances are the best. My wife and I first met Carmen when he helped us buy a condo in downtown Dallas. We thought we might want a house so he set up a search for us and stayed in touch. His search turned up the perfect house 8 month later. No detail is too small for his attention. He even found someone to take an extra washer and dryer I had. Highly recommend!

Carmen and his team do not quit. He was patient, yet persistent with finding the right home for me. In a turbulent market, he found calmer buying opportunities for me. Carmen was there for me every step of the way and found coverage when he was out of town so that I never missed a walkthrough of a property that I was interested in. As a first time home buyer, he helped me understand the entire process up through getting the keys, and after the fact.
