I’m so grateful I found Carla Ramm to help me sell my house and buy my new one. Selling and buying at the same time has so many challenges and can be a scary and frustrating process. Carla is so calm and professional and really knows the business. I couldn’t count the number of times she talked me off the edge, and that’s what’s so great about having someone who has great experience and knowledge. She brought in an expert on staging, and professional photographers and videographers - all to present my home in the best possible light. My home sold the same day of the Open House and I got everything I wanted. In addition, Carla continued on with me through the purchase and build and closing on my new house. Having an ally in that process was really important to me. Carla’s daughter, Laura, was also involved all along the way and so helpful, especially at the Design Center for my new house. I highly recommend Carl Ramm as a real estate agent and as a person.

Carla and her assistant Laura were both invaluable in my home search. They sought to understand my needs, helped me narrow in on concerns vs. nice to haves, and held my hand every step of the way. Communication was great and timely. They made sure I was educated on everything and provided advice where they could. They made sure I understood what things were important and what things could be handled post-sale. Id recommend them to anyone and especially appreciated their expertise in the North-West Austin area.

I searched for a good realtor for awhile, most seamed fake and others to pushy, like they didnt have time for me. But Carla was different, always there for any questions or concerns I had, always friendly and professional. 10 years and were still in the house she found for us! I recommend her to anyone looking!
