Had the pleasure of working on a transaction as a Loan Officer for a buyer of a property that Awilda Rodriguez and Carilu were the buyers agents for.The Property was actual unique for the area and we had to all come together to find a loan and appraisal that worked for the buyer and the seller.The whole team was great to work with on this deal and thats saying something as this was a complicated issue selling a property with few comparisons in the area. At the end of it we closed with the buyer and seller getting exactly what they wanted and overall a smooth process with cool, level heads keeping everything professional and pleasant. My client loves the property now, its his first home and in the lake Travis area, and Im thankful that everyone made this happen for him.
