Cara has helped me purchase my first home 7 years ago, and has helped me sell and purchase a new home this year. If you are a first time home buyer or experienced, Cara takes the time to explain in detail all the steps and clarifies any confusion you may have. She handles everything quick, responds quick, and works night and day to make your experience the best it can be. She really cares about her clients and understands selling and purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. She is strong, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and will fight to get you the best deal possible while meeting your desires!

Cara is a rockstar!!! I hardly ever leave reviews, but Cara gets 10 out of 5 stars for the work she did as our realtor.We spent 5 months searching for a home in the DFW Metroplex while residing in our current home in Austin. The search involved a combination of FaceTime calls to walk through properties guided by Cara, a number of in-person walkthroughs whenever we could make the trip into town, and sending our family members with Cara to see homes whenever we were simply unavailable.We probably viewed 50+ homes across Dallas, Arlington, and Fort Worth. Cara was extremely patient with us and understanding of our needs/wants, even though it took us a while to fine tune that list for ourselves.She was always available and responded quickly to our questions and requests. She will also be assisting us with post-purchase activities like helping us pick contractors to finish out the attic, helping us secure our homestead exemption, and annually renewing our home warranty plan.Most importantly, she fought for us during final negotiations of the home we purchased. Cara went above and beyond to open the door for us to negotiate a mutually beneficial agreement after 3 full days of counter-offers between us and the sellers.If you want someone who will fight and negotiate and work for you, then you want Cara.

I encountered Cara unexpectedly. She was the listing agent for a property I loved. I enlisted her help, as I didn’t have a realtor at the time. I am more than glad I did. Cara was able to find another fantastic property that I again loved. In the ultra-competitive DFW real estate market, my hopes were very low of being the winning contract; but Cara’s work, knowledge, and expertise paid off handsomely and I won the home. Cara puts you FIRST. Cara literally says she works for YOU. I’ve worked with other realtors (that I’ve personally known), but she is streets ahead of the rest. I can’t say enough good things about Cara and had a great experience all around. I will only work with Cara in the future.UPDATE: Cara helped me sell my house and once again proved how phenomenal she is. Sept 2022...Cara is the definition of the word Realtor. She was my agent for the sale of my home and the purchase of a condominium. Caras years of experience plus her vast knowledge of the industry is what separates her from the rest. She works tirelessly for you from start to finish as if you were her only client. She is dedicated, resourceful, a great communicator, keeps you informed and follows up on every detail. You can rest assured that you have an agent who is working for the best outcome for you. I highly recommend Cara for your real estate transaction. You can be confident that you are in good hands.March 2024...Cara was, of course, the first person I thought of when selling my condo. She worked her magic with the photography and the listing information which resulted in multiple showings. Due to a relatively soft market at the time, she gave determining the sales price her priority. It paid off. The condo sold in 8 days...a cash sale for $9,000 over the listing. Needless to say, I recommend Cara without hesitation. Shes the best.

Moving to Texas and being new to the area, we didn’t have a good idea on where we wanted to settle. My husband and I decided to rent until we figured out what we wanted to do. It wasn’t until my family came out here for a trip; they loved the location and the area and they convinced me to buy a house with them. Cara was recommended to me by a realtor in Vegas I had worked with before. What a saving grace! Cara was amazing to work with!! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and helped tremendously with the search. She gave recommendations and gave me background on the locations we were looking at. I never felt pressured in any way. She did a great job educating us on the process and helped us understand anything we had questions on. At the end of it all, we got the house we fell in love with! Most recently and with interest rates at a 20 year high she helped me get an excellent price and made the process simple and smooth. She was involved in each step of the way and no detail got over looked! Her open and honest communication gave me confidence in the entire process. After losing our dad 5 years ago and mom this past July, my sister, brother and I were tasked with selling the family home that our dad bought new in 1978. It was bittersweet, but it is a beautiful property and we needed the right person to help us find the right buyer to make new memories in the home. We were downsizing. We were going to sell, then buy in the Arlington Mansfield area. We turned to Cara after some research, as it was clear she had in-depth knowledge of the market. She is an active community leader (serves on multiple city, school district committees), a resident, and a mother of four AISD students. It would be very difficult to find someone who understand this residential market more.Although we knew of her market expertise, what was not evident until we had accepted an offer was her expertise in buying and selling transactions. In both the sell transaction and the buy transaction, Cara was educating other agents, appraisers, lenders on how the process works, how to optimize it, avoid pitfalls. Her experience has allowed her to understand the WHOLE process, not just one component.Cara also brings another undisclosed talent to the table: negotiation. On the sell side, she secured a lease-back agreement that allowed us to stay in our home a few days after sale, to facilitate the move to our new property. She eventually negotiated that to a $0 per day lease back. On the buy side, she negotiated a lower purchase price and had the builder install indoor and outdoor ceiling fans in the new home we purchased.We closed on the sale of our old home on a Wednesday, closed on the new home purchase on a Thursday, and were completely moved out of the old home, in to the new home by the following Tuesday.Thank you, Cara!Tom & Claudia B.

Cara is amazing! She was so incredibly helpful to us being first time home buyers in the state of Texas. She spent days with me searching the DFW area for the perfect home. Cara is also very thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to finances, laws, contracts, what to base an offer off of and she won’t back down! She always has our best interest in mind and wants to make sure we get what we are paying for and theres no hidden surprises. And on a personal level, since we’ve moved in, shes always reached out to us to see how we’re doing and if there’s anything she can help with, she even stops by to drop off flowers and cookies on special occasions. Now that we have to move again, we called Cara up and she came over within hours with comps, pricing ideas, schedules and staging ideas. Once we listed, we were under contract in 48 hours at WELL OVER asking price! She knows what shes doing! Call her now!

She had to manage several contractors, help us choose paint colors, flooring, kitchen backsplash/countertops as well as shower tiles. She made excellent recommendations.
