So happy I found Laurar with Captiva, I was looking at another property listed with a different real estate company and they totally dropped the ball. I lost faith with them quickly, and just so happened to be standing on the other property when I saw Lauras sign. I called her on a whim to check out a property and she was there within minutes. Over the months there were budgeting issues but she stuck by me and encouraged me to keep lookingShe went above and beyond, texting on her family vacation, meeting after hours, and a delicious treat at the end to seal the deal. Im so thankful I found her when I did and would recommend her to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

The Captiva Team was amazing during our home buying experience. Laura Stanley especially went above and beyond during the process to help refer and schedule all of the necessary inspectors i.e. appraiser, well inspector, termite inspection etc.When a problem came up with the well inspection Laura made numerous calls with Rodney to assist in researching and working the problem out. Their team really did more than any other realtor company we have had previous experience with. We certainly appreciated all of their hard work and we love our home!

Oh my!!!! Laura Stanley with Captiva Realty is Amazing! She definitely knows real estate and walks the walk, not just talks the talk! My situation ended up causing us to take a step back and I had to wait to proceed with finding a home, however... throughout this time she continued to reach out to encourage me, support me, and became more than just my Real Estate lady. She never lost focus, stayed on top of all listings and continued to share updates on all possible options. I would love to recommend Rodney to anyone looking for a truly competent, and truly caring real estate agent. I looked on-line for someone to sell my 10 acres of raw land in Robertson County. Rodney contacted me immediately, and came across as someone who actually wanted to help me out. He reviewed the land, put it on the market, and had an offer within 24 hours. Full price, no contingencies. All my phone calls were returned immediately. If Rodney couldnt answer my question right away, he quickly checked out what I needed, and got right back to me. I have honestly never had a quicker, smoother real estate transaction in my life. And I have bought and sold many pieces of property. I very highly recommend Rodney to anyone needing good, solid, representation.

Laura with Captiva Realty was FANTASTIC! I was selling a home that was more than 100 miles from where I live and she went above and beyond to sell the house. She helped me keep the grass mowed, went and checked on the home to make sure it was always clean since I was so far away. She met to open the house for inspectors and contractors, again since I was so far away. She made the selling process from a distance so EASY and I didnt have to worry about taking off work several times since she was always there. By far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with!!
