Caprice was wonderful to work with and helped find my husband and I our dream home! It was a long process with many changes, but Caprice was patient, understanding, and so informative throughout the entire process. My husband and I came from out of state and were not as knowledgeable about the laws in regards to buying a home in Texas, however, Caprice was our advocate and represented our needs when it came to dealing with house builders in making a contract to buy our home in order to get the best deal! She also responds quickly and follows up with pending things right away. This was VERY important for my husband and I as we like things to move rather quickly. She genuinely cares about her clients as she takes the time to get to know you and understand what you want and are looking for.
