Getting paired with Matthew and the capitol real estate team was a great decision. If you want a team who is knowledgeable and passionate about selling your house, they will do just that. We listed our house during a time when holidays were occurring and interest rates were at an all time high let alone it was winter and not the most popular time to buy homes. Within 24 hours of listing our home we had a showing request and in less than a month an offer was submitted and accepted. Matthew did a fantastic job in communicating with me and he went above and beyond to check on the house to make sure everything looked okay while it was vacant. I had a wonderful experience using Capital, they were great! Fernando Esquivel was my realtor and he is amazing. I had multiple interviews with other realtors who had told me my expectations for price were too high. Fernando and Henry came, saw my house and said I was actually pricing it too low, they literally said, We think we can do better. And they did! They got me an offer of full asking price 6 days after the house was listed! Fernando went so far above and beyond for me I wouldnt even know where to begin. From advising me on pricing, staging and gorgeous, professional photographs, to even coming on a Saturday to help me move my couches into my shipping container! He answered every call, talked me through every moment of concern both related to my home sale and my new home purchase out of state, and was kind and patient and supportive from start to beyond closing! We really appreciated the way Henry Guillen handled the sale of our home. Henry was the fifth realtor we interviewed. Henry had a very professional plan to include professional photography, staging, online presence, and open houses. The market was already experiencing a downturn, but over a period of two months we had ten offers. One by one the offers fell away. After offer six then seven didn’t materialize, we were very discouraged. Henry remained positive and said, “Don’t you worry, we are going to get this house sold.” When the time came we found him to be a tough negotiator. He was committed to getting us the best deal possible. He has an excellent relationship with the title company, which helped to make the closing smooth.
