Our agent (Jason Tatum) was absolutely amazing!!!!! Im a first time homebuyer and I was really really nervous and totally green. Let me start by saying Jason Tatum is AWESOME! I was in search of a home to lease. During my search, I quickly learned that most require you to be represented by a real estate agent to tour homes. I was not working with an agent and doing all the work on my own.Jason was the listing agent for a home I wanted to tour...which is now the home where I reside! From the initial email, Ive received nothing but superior service from Jason. He is very accommodating and answered every question I had without making me feel as if I were a burden. I probably shouldve written 3 reviews because Ive purchased 2 homes and listed/sold 1 with Jason Tatum and I would give all transactions 5 stars. I cant say enough good things about him. Great guy! Professional, knowledgeable and excellent communicator. In my case last fall, he went over and above what youd expect from a realtor. I had an emergency eye surgery in the middle of my move just prior to closing on both homes. Jason was there for me as my realtor and my friend to make it all happen on time. Couldnt have done it without him! Highly recommend!

Would I use Jason Tatum again as my Realtor?? In a Heart Beat!! From the very beginning he was very professional, but at the same time made you feel like your were working with a friend. He did everything he said he would do and then some. I never felt like I had to call him to find out how the sale was progressing because he keep me informed every step of the way. When there came a time when we thought our sale might fall through and we had another cash buyer, he honored my wishes to stick with the original buyer and never made me feel pressured just so he could have a commission in his pocket a little sooner. I thought he was the BEST!!
