Best experience ever! I had no clue how to sell my house and all the points that went into it. JC was with me for every step! I worked out of town and he got me thru each stage comfortably. We had a few hiccups from the buyer but JC reassured me and we said many prayers and got thru it. I highly recommend JC and his team. He also communicated well with my realtor for the house I bought and helped get whatever we needed done on that end too. God sent me a gem to help me and I’m forever thankful for the friendship I will always have with JC.

At the end of last year I listed my home for sale with JC. He was absolutely amazing! Very professional, caring, on top of things a man of integrity. My husband was terminally ill at the time and I was under a lot of stress dealing with moving and taking care of him. JC made the move easy for me. He worked very well with the buyer’s agent and helped smooth things along. The buyer at one point got anxious and he was able to calm her fears and see that the house closed. He was very efficient and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed. He is well versed to handle any situation that may arise and do it with a smile!

JC was our realtor when we bought our property and I cant recommend him enough. We had very specific wants and a ton of questions for each property we looked at. JC was so patient with us and got us all our answers. He really listened to us when we told him what we were looking for and never tried to push us in another direction. He didnt just try to get us to buy anything, he worked with us until we found exactly what we were looking for. I am so thankful for that because we were able to buy the perfect property and we couldnt be happier. JC even kept in touch with us after we bought our property and, when I told him we needed help finding a builder, he had a top notch recommendation and they are now building our dream home.
