Cant sing enough praises but Ill try. Started out rocky because of a very difficult and less experienced other party. Almost threw in the towel. Mona put up with my many texts and emotions for days. Found another home we loved, but it was then quickly pulled from active and we were again disappointed. Mona found the seller, learned they were still interested in selling, booked the showing, negotiated a deal that was fair for both parties, and provided signed contracts - All in a days work. Im still in shock she got us the showing and we locked in the home. She needs a cape because thats some kind of realtor super powers. Youre the best, Mona. -

If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Durant, OK area you can look no further. Brian has gone above and beyond to help us purchase our home. My wife and I are relocating to Durant, OK and he has helped us out every step of the way. He did not pressure us whatsoever or try and sell us on any property, he was very candid and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. To show what kind of standup guy Brian is, we were driving from one house to another and there was a HUGE turtle in the middle of a busy street. He pulled over, stopped traffic, and moved the turtle to safety! What more could you want from a real estate agent! LOL -
