She helped to make the home buying experience as seamless as possible.We were purchasing a home from out of town, so she scheduled a full day of tours for us when we had the opportunity and also visited properties on our behalf for us when we were not able to make it.She provided great recommendations for lenders. When we went under contract, she helped to negotiate significant cost reductions and important repairs. She has an extensive network within Waco to help make all the repairs possible! By the time, we went to sign, everything was taken care of.She is incredibly responsive and communicative, answering all our questions as first time buyers.She will work hard to find you the right property and make sure you have everything you need. I cannot recommend realtor Camie Cross highly enough. During our first meeting, she laid out her approach to marketing, giving us instructions on preparation for listing and showings. We followed her instructions, and she sent her photographer to take pictures that showed our house in the best possible light. Camie warned that the average listing stayed on the market for 7 weeks; we had an offer in 6 days.The hardest part of having our house on the market was the staging necessary to sell it, and this brought up conflict in our household. Camie was able to talk me through the rough spots as well as navigate us through inspection and closing. She was always upbeat, positive, and able to be reasonable during times of high stress. Her marketing strategy–from the professional photographer to the internet exposure–is truly light years ahead of her competition, and she gets the results to prove it. However, the very best part is that Logan comes to closing! We are so pleased with the results and know she can help anyone looking to sell their home in this market!

It was no small task either because Im the guy who would bring a level, an outlet tester, and a few other sundry tools to every home we looked at. She was incredibly patient as I picked each one apart from inspecting wiring to structural supports in the attic to looking for signs of settling, etc. While we were being picky, she thoughtfully curated a list of properties based on our narrow criteria, even ensuring they fit within the boundaries we drew on a map so that we could still stay close to our church congregation that we so very much love.
