    The CallBox crew was so amazing! They inventoried all of my items and wrapped everything with nice thick moving cloths.     Amazing experience!! We stored our items for little over 18months and they did a great job of returning everything in its original state. No damages to the furniture or boxes. The guys who came to drop off and pickup were extremely professional and quick. Overall a positive experience. Would definitely recommend this hassle free storage company!!

    Such a great service! Ian, Percy and Kyle handled pick up and storage in the most professional and organized manner! They were so nice and helpful, Ian arrived alone (they were short staffed) and was so quick, walked me through the process and immediately got started. From start to finish, the Call Box guys did and amazing job and I highly recommend them!

    Movers were so friendly. I was a bit anxious about storing as it is my first time, but they really made me feel at ease with the whole process. They worked really hard and were flexible/understanding of the unexpected surprises that a move always brings! Highly recommend!

    Amazing company. Initial contact was Courtney - such a NICE woman - who clearly told us all the details we needed to know....She laid out an excellent price structure....And the entire crew that came to take away our furniture - - what a fabulous job they did - carefully packing each piece and bringing to their truck .... And what a great group of guys - - it was like being with a big family...My wife and I couldnt be more delighted.

    Callbox was contracted with Reverie to deliver our adjustable mattress. They arrived on time, early in fact, and had our bed setup in no time. They even helped carry our old mattress out and load in onto our truck so we could return it. Ian and Alex were very nice and polite. I was really intrigued to learn more about the other services they provide. Will definitely keep their contact info on hand!

    The whole experience has been great. Sign up was easy, people called me to see if I had questions, I received confirmation emails, clear instructions, all terrific. Today Kevin texted me they were running early if convenient which I was thrilled and I had time afterward for lunch even. Kevin and Will worked as a team to catalogue, wrap, and load my treasures and took more care than frankly I had expected. They were kind when I teared up a little bc I haven’t moved for 20+ years and I was handing over some of my most important items. Truly awesome team and I am so glad Callbox service exists (I was a little last minute and Callbox didn’t blink—they found a window they could do in my right schedule). Will recommend and call back for my next move!!!!Edit to update 5 months later...we remain delighted with the service we received from Callbox this past summer 2019 and will definitely use them again when we need to move. Excellent customer service and all as agreed upon ahead of time.

    Ive moved over 15 times-as a child, teen, and adult. Callbox made it FLAWLESS. Absolutely the easiest and well priced move Ive ever been part of. Ian, Percy and Tim were so careful and attentive. Plus, they were aware and super careful with our 5 dogs. I cannot recommend this company or this team of professionals enough! They will be helping us move in as well.

    This is an amazing business concept especially for busy individuals or families! Even more incredible is the execution and level of service provided. Courtney was ready to answer all of our questions and review every detail of the entire process so that we felt our belongings were in great hands. The day of pick up took about 10 minutes total! The guys were able to label, take a picture, describe the contents, and move them to the truck in a seamless fashion. We had about 10 items/boxes in the first run and 7 in the second both taking very little time. I would highly recommend the service! Give Courtney a call today!

    My experience with Callbox Storage has been absolutely wonderful. I have had to navigate waters of an incredibly challenging move and the team at Callbox has been with me from the beginning. The team of Ian, Caleb & Jr was absolutely awesome. They handled all of my items with the utmost care and I couldn’t be more thankful for their assistance. Additionally they, along with the customer service team (shout-out Justin & Ronnie) have been incredibly helpful working within me to overcome some scheduling issues and other hiccups we have faced during this head-exploding move of mine. I am definitely looking forward to working with this team in the future & it is definitely worth the cost knowing that these guys not only care of my THINGS, but they’re also taking care of ME & meeting MY needs.     Cant say enough about our experience. From scheduling to dropping off the last box, everyone was so nice and professional. Kevin and Ian arrived on time and went straight to work. They were so efficient. It was nice that they offer one stop service and tearing/set up of beds.Overall, this is the only way to go if you are needing to move and store yoyr things. Great job!!!

    Thank goodness for Callbox!!! Whoever came up with this concept is genius! I was shocked by the initial online quote, but I even more impressed by the service I received from the team that did my move! They were very friendly and professional. they treated my items with care, making sure everything was properly tagged and wrapped and I didn’t have to do a thing!     The movers were very professional and the cost of storage for office items were right on point. Cost was very competitive. As far as response there was a one day delay, but of course it is summertime with many individuals moving or coming in to the city. Callbox was very apologetic and made for the delay.

    Update: just had another delivery today. Ian was super helpful in assembly of my furnitures and explaining the charges thoroughly. Thank you!Edit: callbox reached out and helped reschedule me back to my original date. Appreciate that!Delivery: Scheduled a delivery online and call them to confirm more than a month in advance. I got confirmation email and everything seems fine. However, I got a call a week before the scheduled delivery day that they have to reschedule to 3 days later because they were fully booked. Given that I am moving back to the states from abroad into a new apartment and will be without my furnitures for 3 extra days, not the best experience. They also rely a lot of phone communications, which is not ideal if you need to reach out to them from the other side of the ocean.Pickup: Kevin and Jacob arrived on time and were super polite and efficient. They explained the process to me as soon as they arrived and work hard for 3 and a half hours wrapping furnitures and moving my 2 bedroom apartments. The whole process was super smooth.

    This company has been very popular in Dallas. Glad to see them expanding and now in Austin. They are a full service storage company with similar pricing to self storage. They come to you, pack, pick up, provide an online photo inventory and deliver back to you at your convenience. Solves many of the pain points with traditional self storage (much less effort, saves time packing to storage and digging things out of storage, no longer forget where youve put things, and competitive pricing). Great concept!

    Honestly, greatest service! I don’t know if I’ve ever encountered such business with this great of commitment to satisfy their clients. If there is any type of confusion or miscommunication they take the time to resolve your needs and work with you. From the start of my journey with CallBox last year, it has been a pleasant experience. They guys whom helped load up all my furniture from my house were too kind and respectful with a great attitude. Transitioning into single motherhood you sometimes need extra help. I have been staying with my mother for almost a year but I am finally getting my own place again. I have had two items delivered during my stay at my mother’s and it was so hassle free. Now that I am moving into my new place, I feel less stressed and anxious by not having to gather or schedule with friends and family to help move. CallBox takes that stress away! I definitely recommend to anyone who moves a lot and in need of space to store their life in between leases like me. If you’re new to town and don’t have that help around such as family or friends, CallBox is THAT “friend” when you’re in need of moving help.     If you believe that good people make a successful business, then Jabob, Jason, and their helper Kevin represent an amazingly customer-centric company. These gentlemen went above and beyond my expectations. Due to budget constraints for possible multi-year storage, I had to stick to Callbox 5X5 space restriction. When I incorrectly estimated how many boxes would fit in that space, these sweet, patient guys helped me choose those boxes that would have to come off the truck. They even carried them to my car. The Callbox barcoding system made that process possible.
