I recently just bought my first house and I could not have done it with out Daniel Rodriguez. We met at the first open house I attended in mid April and after exchanging info we toured many many houses over the next couple months. Daniel was very determined to find the perfect house for me. He was always providing me with more information about what to look for in houses and helping me understand the market. After three months of working together we found the perfect house. Perfect size and price for me and meeting all of the needs Daniel and I have talked about. He helped me through out the entire process. Connecting me with Supreme Lending, Super Inspector, and Austin Title. Daniel made sure the house was perfect for me to move in to, answering his phone early in the morning and late at night, scheduling a follow up inspection, and negotiating repairs with the seller. Cant say enough good about Rocky Winston! We are first time home buyers, we had some weird experiences with real estate agents in the past, so we were very skeptical. We went with this group because of good reviews, and they did not disappoint. We told Rocky our fears about agents and unnecessary pressure, our goals for homes, and everythingwe wanted for our first home in a certain budget. Rocky not only showed us homes in our budget, but encouraged us to stay in budget. That has not been our past experience when looking, we have been told we wont find anything so lower expectations or increase budget. Rocky did neither, and he found us the most gorgeous home, in a great neighborhood for a family, within our budget. Then all the issues. We were pre approved only to find they changed the interest rate by 2.5%. Then we had to get a different loan agency. There were things that we wanted to be fixed before moving in. Rocky went above and beyond to be in our corner, bargaining and getting us a great deal. He had the seller put a significant portion towards closing costs and other things, and at closing when the seller left a bunch of junk in the garage Rocky iterally hauled it away in his own car. The seller refused to pay for cleaning despite the contract, Rocky paid for our cleaners out of pocket. He answered every phone call and message (not a few), and if he didnt know he would call around to get the answer for us or give us some options where appropriate. After closing there were a couple issues, not knowing who to talk with we asked Rocky. He could have told us to move on, after all he was not being paid at that point, but he didnt. He still took time to answer us quickly. There are more homes in our future, and we know without a doubt it will be Rocky we ask to help us with that process. He is an incredible agent.

I am a first time home buyer and got an appreciation for what’s involved in the home buying process while going through it with Byrne REG this winter. Antineous Ray (Anti) worked with me as my real estate agent, he made the process easy and manageable for me. From first contact all the way to closing and beyond, I had incredible support from Anti throughout. Anti is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and knows specific details about the houses - upsides/downsides of features of the houses etc. He is very knowledgeable about the contracting process and reasonably aggressive and effective when it comes to negotiating. He is extremely responsive and never misses a detail when it comes to following through or following up. Anti/Byrne group seemed very resourceful, they had recommendations for lenders, inspectors, warranty providers as well as repair contractors which made the process very easy. I also worked with Christine Bui who is the lead transaction coordinator at Byrne, she kept me posted about every single detail of any upcoming important dates, events and transactions, and went above and beyond by even arranging for things that I should have been doing on my own. Our agent, Lesley, was on her way somewhere but promptly pulled over and took detailed notes so that she could return to us with personalized home listings per our specifications. From the follow up consultation, to virtual viewings, to in-person viewings, financing, and now were approaching closing, the entire team has been instrumental in getting us home smoothly. Big shout out to Lesley and Tammy for being our ride-or-dies throughout and even joining + helping me with my first walk-through. Anti is the 4 realtor I have worked with and he was the first one who actually made me feel he was worth paying.We were looking for a house in a competitive market and Anti was fantastic about helping us find the best house. My husband and I have been active members of the Austin community since moving here in 2018. Upon arrival we decided to rent close to the action of downtown and Zilker park. After 3 years of renting, buying a home became a necessity, as our rental house was been sold. We need to find a home quickly and be out by July 1,2021. This gave us approximately 1.5 months to get it done. Perplexed and facing the daunting challenge of the Austin housing market, we reached out to the Byrne Real Estate Group based on a word of mouth referral. We were contacted in a timely manner by our agent Nathan Shaw. He took the time to listen and understand our needs, wants, budget constraints, and fears. From day 1, his professionalism, outgoing personality, and dedication to our search became a calming presence in this crazy market. Nathan’s tireless work ethic and dedication to our search lead us to see a number of potential homes. As is the case in this market, we lost out on a several homes, but Nathan continued to encourage us and maintain a positive professional attitude. Matthew Rich with Byrne Real Estate was exactly what we needed! Its not often you receive the willingness to get it right as well as welcomed attention from an everyday service provider anymore. Matthew certainly understands what is important to strangers looking for help!The short move from Houston to Austin started out like a nightmare thanks to the 3 other Real estate agents from 3 different companies that were rude, unresponsive and apparently too snooty to help.When I spoke to Matthew for the first time I explained to him generally what I wanted. There were a few specifics but overall it was simply a vague idea. In one appointment to see various houses, he nailed it! I was incredibly impressed at how he seemed to know more about what I wanted than I did! I am not embellishing that statement either, it was the first time in a long time that I received more than I expected and it was a rich feeling! No, it was a Rich experience! I am taking the time to write this because I sincerely mean what I said. If all the agents at Byrne are anything like Matthew then you will have a pleasant experience I think.

You must have a knowledge and aggressive agent to even have a chance at getting a house. I recommend BREG to everyone I know because I have seen them win multiple offers time after time. They found a perfect condo for my friend and it has gone up 30k in value. In a year! I was a first-time seller inexperienced with the process of selling a home. Clay took a look at the property and precisely explained what needed to be done. From there, Clay’s incredible team, Stephanie and Kayla, took charge. They walked me through each step and patiently answered every question. Most importantly, they vetted and scheduled the contractors. This was such an excellent service that lifted a huge burden from me. At the end of two weeks, we sold the property for more than I hoped.On a side note, when I decided to sell, I started my research by seeing what Open Door would offer for the property. Their initial offer was so far off the final selling price by more than 40k. I’m happy I went with the Byrne Group instead of giving away all that equity.
