She is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and the sweetest person. While we didn’t purchase that home, we did remember that connection we had with her. Shari is a wonderful individual that cares more about her clients than she cares about the sales commission. She helped us with comps and worked with us to try a sale our one acre with an older mobile home very quickly.When the first buyer backed out a week before closing, Shari may have been more concerned about how this affected us than we were. More than 5 stars please. I hate to say that I have worked with just under a dozen agents over the years and buying and selling is not my hobbie or work. Shari is without a doubt the best. There were two that were nightmares, so I can honestly say Shari refills my faith. She flawlessly walked me through what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale and kept up with the progress. She even came to meet me after a workout, she warned me first, but that shows how much of her time she was giving to me. The topper of course is that she got me 30 thousand more than I was expecting. If that doesnt convince you to use her I dont know what will. If she will have me I will definitely being using her for future dealings and recommending her to friends.

Shari Guess is blazing a trail in the real estate industry! Not to knock real estate agents now-a-days, but they dont actually have as much to do as they did back in the day. Most people find their homes and apply for financing online. There is something to be said for all the effort buyers and sellers put in, in todays home buying/selling process. This is why I think Sharis rebates (when buying) and fee schedule for selling are so amazing! She understands there has been a shift in the home buying process and is doing everything she can to help her clients save money. When selling a $320,000 home you are looking at $19,200 going towards the real estate agent fees (3% to sellers agent and 3% to buyers agent). Thats insane! Once we realized the saving with using Shari as our agent we cant imagine ever using any other agent! She rebated us $3,200 toward our closing costs on our home purchase and could have saved the sellers much more! There is no gimmick and she was always quick to respond when we had questions! If youre buying or selling a home in North Texas... then save yourself some money and call Shari!

After having our house on the market for over 3 months and having only 4 showings we decided to make a change in realtors and we are so glad we did. Shari at Buy Wise Real Estate had our home under contract in 30 days. That in and of itself made the change worthwhile but in deciding to go with Shari we saved over $7500 due to her flat fee commission of $2500. Shari is an amazing marketer, using not only the usual real estate websites but also making great use of social media. She is very professional and always kept us informed of what was going on and returning our texts and calls quickly, which was doubly appreciated since by this time we were living in another state. Her recommendation to retake the pictures of our home was spot on, as was her advice regarding a few changes to make our home look more crisp and clean for those pictures. The photographer she works with is very professional and personable. He took wonderful pictures and made our home look amazing. Shari has wonderful contacts within the home improvement/repair community which made getting our air conditioner replaced and our septic pumped not only easy but affordable.
