With how the housing market and economy is I didn’t think I would be able to buy a home for several years despite paying high rent on time every month. My recent experience with this company was AMAZING. I truly did not think this was going to end with my family owning a home ! My wife and I bought our house back in October and I’ll be the first to tell you these people are legit the real deal. You can’t get a traditional mortgage? This is your go to. They did not mislead us once. If they said they would do something they did it. You’re not going to find a more flexible mortgage company or anyone more will to work with you on your situation than cace and Pricilla. They are the only ones who gave us a chance and they are the reason we are officially homeowners! Thank yall so much for everything yall did for us we love our new house!! Give them a call!!!! I promise you won’t regret it!This is may 24, 2024 update since we bought our house back in Oct 2023. I wanted to update since a lot has happened with us since we bought the house I had lost my job right before the payments were to start and fell behind on my mortgage. Any other company would have thrown us out and took our house but not these guys. They have been more than gracious and understanding they worked out a payment plan to help us get caught up. We still in process of getting current but they have been more than gracious and have bent over backwards for us probably more than they should have and more than anyone else would have. I’m telling you not only are Casie precila and Deanne generous they are the real deal from start to finish. If you need a house I’m telling you hit up our girl Pricilla and our guy Cacie they WILL take care of you.

Buy house no banks made my dream come true,i bought a house with them near Houston Tx the whole staff treated us so nicely and with respect they took their time to even fix the small details.They didnt give us any issues during the tour. Everyone in this firm are professional at what they do so nice and explaining even the small details so that youll become the owner of your dream house i highly recommend, dont hesitate to check out their homes you wont regret it at all.

I am going through the buying process currently and they have been so helpful and courteous! I have a mid 400s credit score and they are still able to help me buy a home for my family! Best buying experience Ive ever had on a large purchase such as this. Very courteous and personable staff ready to answer all of your questions and make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible! I would recommend them to anyone that doesnt have a perfect credit score but needs to find a home for their family this is a five-star company and truly needs to be known about by more people!
