We just purchased our new home in Woodway, TX. Ashley and Brian Bundy showed us many houses. Whenever we called about seeing a house, either Ashley or Brian made themselves available to tour a house within an hour. This was important as houses in Woodway go very fast and we had already inquired on several houses only to find out they were already under contract. The house we bought had only been listed for sale for an hour. I called Ashley and we were touring the house in less than an hour. We decided to place an offer right away. Because Ashley and Brian are a team, Ashley was able to get our offer written right away as she had Brian start the offer paperwork while we were still completing the tour. This team work was so important because houses sell so fast in the area. The are professional, friendly, and very patient. They also referred us to contractors, a designer, and an HVAC company that they trust. I would absolutely use them again if and when we sell our home or buy another. We have used the Bundy Realty Group to sell and buy houses, and would highly recommend them again. They were extremely patient with our family as we took almost a year looking for a new house. We looked at so many houses, and even in that time they were very honest with their thoughts on houses, and how different houses may or may not work well for our family. As a first time buyer, the process seemed daunting and more than a little intimidating, but Brian explained every step and made it seem alot less frightening. The market recently has become very much a sellers market, so buying is not easy when having to compete with seemingly everyone else. But Brian never quit looking for and helping us find potential homes that would fill our needs and fit our budget.
