I initially reached out to Bryan over a year ago to help me find a new home in Texas. While we were first looking to purchase a home on the resale market, we eventually decided to build a new home. Bryan provided expert guidance and support over the entire endeavor. He coordinated with us early to look at homes both remotely with video walkthroughs and on several occasions on location when we were visiting the area. After we decided to build, Bryan was instrumental in coordinating with the developer and builder on site while we were still living in our current location. His efforts ensured that the build went smoothly, and any issues encountered were handled in a timely manner. We just closed on our newly constructed home last week, and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out and Bryans time and energy in ensuring it was perfect when we arrived to close on it. We decided on a new build in a great community north of Dallas but the journey proved to be pretty arduous with numerous supply delays.
