I have used Bruce a few times and I have so much good things to say as why I gave such a high rating. I’m very happy and pleased with him and the team. They have taken care of me so well, especially with this last home. I sold my home with them. I was going through a crisis and he did a wonderful job. They went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend them. I just love them!

Bruce helped me sell my home — and we ended up with three buyers and a bidding war the first day it was on the market! We were extremely happy with both the quickness and the selling price A few months later, I was buying a condo for my daughter, and Bruce negotiated a much lower sales price than what they were asking. Bruce and his team are awesome!!!

Bruce helped us sell our home, at our desired price point, at a short notice; because we wanted to move fast. Bruce is thorough, in-touch, professional, who knows his stuff. He is very pleasant to work with and he delivers on his word. He told us that he would find us a buyer in 45 days, he found one in 30! What else would you look for in a real estate adviser & agent?

Both Bruce and his team were wonderful to work with. Alexxis in particular was extremely helpful and fair to both parties in my opinion. Their response time is without reproach and I really appreciate their humility when asked a question they were unsure of and would state that they wanted to confirm the information before responding. This saves so much time and trust is built doing business this way. We would definitely use their services again.

You don’t know what it means to have someone work so hard to get you in a home. The y are honest and hard working people. They will treat you and your family like their family.
