My wife and I moved to Texas from out of state so we were in need of an agent who was experienced and who had a great deal of knowledge with the Texas market. A friend of mine used Mike for their home purchase and recommended him. Mike exceeded our expectations for sure. My wife and I found property we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the agent on the other end was awful and tried to make things difficult. FORTUNATELY, we had Mike. He was such an advocate for us and would not stand for that other agents unethical behavior. Despite all the hiccups from the other agent and seller, Mike was able to make this deal happen. Mike is a strong advocate for his clients and TRULY cares about their home buying experience and does everything in his power to make sure his clients are taken care of. We respect Mike a great deal and he has become family to us. HIGHLY recommend. We will definitely use him on our next purchase. There is a reason this man has a 5/5 star rating. And if we could give him 10, we would!

My family and I relocated from out of state, to Texas. Mike made the entire process so much easier for us than what it would’ve been had we went with another realtor. We had spoken to another realtor, prior to meeting Mike, and she tried to have us sign a contract that guaranteed she received 3% commission, regardless of what the seller was offering. Mike did not have us sign any contract, because his work ethic and dedication to his clients will make you want to work with him, not a contract binding you to him.Mike not only found us our dream home in a highly desirable area and negotiated a fair price on behalf, but also helped us get our home under asking, which is unheard of in this crazy market.Mike stays on top of every requirement that is expected of both his clients and the sellers, to ensure a smooth process. This was soooo helpful for us as we were selling one home and relocating our life because nothing slipped through the cracks. When we decided we wanted to sell our home, we had an idea that it may sell fast based on the sellers’ market, but we wanted to ensure we hired an agent who would take the time to properly ensure our home was fully prepared for the market so that we could have the best chance of our home standing out from other homes that we were going to compete with as well as picking an offer that had the best chance of closing and also ensuring we could sell for the maximum price possible with no headaches along the way.Since I am a Veteran, I support Veterans, so I reached out to Mike, and he answered promptly on the first call and was more than happy to represent us. Mike took the time to meet with us and provide a thorough presentation that outlined the selling process in detail, and he made a second visit to walk through our home and give us recommendations for staging as well as any minor repairs and/or treatments prior to listing.Mike also put together a complete marketing package that included high quality professional photos, to include aerial photos, brochures, flyers and a very detailed property description.
