Brooks was absolutely awesome. We had requested to see a property, but when things turned out to not be right for us, he immediately began finding other/better options. Rather than an older home, he was able to find and help us secure a brand new home with warranties. This was no small feat. Thru out the process, he stayed communicable with not only us but also the lender. He contacted us daily to give insight and updates, which was very comforting. Now that the home has been purchased, he continues to stay in touch and shows that real estate/ people are not just his job, but his passion and talent. Brooks has gone above and beyond not only as an agent, but also a friend. My wife and I will recommend him every single time someone needs help buying or selling a home.

Brooks Brininstool did a great job. He went above and beyond in helping to prepare the property for sale. He estimated the price just right and it sold quickly for full price in a slowing market. Brooks Brininstool hands down is the best! He was very understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent throughout the home-buying process as feedback was constantly given. This is the 3rd time Brooks has sold a house for us. All 3 were sold within a few days of going live on the MLS. Brooks knows how to sell houses in this market. Hes obviously well organized and communication throughout the process was optimal. Brooks stays on top of everything needed to bring the sale to closing. If we have a 4th house to sell in the future, well be calling him.
