Iβve been renting through Bridgewater Realty Group since February of 2023, and my experience has been great! Kristina is wonderful and is always quick to respond to texts. The very few requests for maintenance items Iβve needed repaired, have been taken care of swiftly by Colin. I love having the convenience of paying through the AppFolio Portal, and the app is so easy to navigate. I owned my own home for 16 years and havenβt rented in 20 years, so I was a bit hesitant and nervous about renting after my divorce. However, Bridgewater Realty Group helped make the transition painless. If youβre looking for properties for rent, I highly recommend renting from BRG where you can put a face to a name with a company who truly cares about their tenants. -
