Kadette was very knowledgeable and professional and listened to what I was looking for in a new home. She quickly went to work to find homes that worked within my budget and hit all my hot buttons. The first home she showed me proved she was listening to my wants and needs regarding a home and that first showing was a perfect fit for me. She then negotiated on my behalf what I felt was a great price and also coordinated everything though the title company so the process was seamless and effortless thanks to her hard work behind the scenes and knowledge of the real estate business. If or when the time comes for me to sell my home and look for another one, Kadette will be my first call.

Kadette Cooper is the realtor that is handling my house from start to finish. Im not even waiting the 2 weeks when we close to post this. She sold our house in less than 3 days to the absolutely perfect buyers. We fully believe that the perfect agent was delivered to us and helped walk an anxious seller through everything. I really appreciate Kadettes extra mile effort in helping us find our dream 1st home from 2000 miles away! We are moving across the country and she rose to the challenge of showing us houses virtually, but not only that---she was being our eyes, ears, and investigating above and beyond. She talked to neighbors for us, learned about the neighborhood and the history of the house and made this really scary experience as first time home buyers seem easy and comfortable if you can imagine putting an offer in on a house youve not see in person as being comfortable! From the first time I spoke with her I felt like I could trust her and that she had the best interests in mind for me, even telling me not to put offers on a home she toured because it was in such poor condition under the surface. This was the first time after going through several realtors in my home state and in Texas that I found one worth working with that wasnt trying to pawn off a house to me since I was buying from a great distance. I would definitely come back for any buying or selling needs.
