I cannot put enough 5 star reviews for my agent Jessica Varney!! I am a new investor and still trying to learn about the industry and I just closed on my first rental property. Jessica brought me sooooo many options and went over the pros and cons of each while explaining the way of the land from seasoned investors she represents. Furthermore, she goes above and beyond! She literally has relationships with everyone. Need an inspection? Easy. Need someone to replace flooring? She knows someone. Need someone to check out the roof? Shes already on the phone with someone before. In all seriousness, Jessica is top tier and I am hoping to have her as my agent for the years to come!

After months of disappointment, Jessica Varney reached out to us and I immediately knew this girl was the real deal. From her presentation when we first met, her knowledge on EVERY aspect of real estate and finishing up with a roller coaster closing (not on our part), Jessica showed nothing but professionalism. She listened to our wants and needs and made it happen! She far exceeded our expectations on how we were to sell a house AND BUY!
