    In the summer of 2021 we made a life change plan to move to Texas from a border state. We were so furtunate to be referred to Michael Eagan with Brent Germany Team Real Estate. We met Mike and instantly felt like he understood what we were looking for in our next home, had the patience to let us find our way to the right community for us, the right subdivison, the right home and floor plan and the styling we wanted, all with honest feedback an opinions we needed from someone who is our agent, not just a realtor trying to get us to buy a home.We went all over northern Dallas and finaly settled on a home builder in Melissa, TX. Mike helped us pick the plan, the lot site, was there every step of the way in the design process and selections, and continually kept in touch to talk, answer questions, give his opinion and feedback, check in on the construction, and to just be the comfort one needs when building a new home. Mike was able to help us find a rental in the same neighborhood as we were building to allow us to have quick access to the home as it was constructed.And all the way up to closing, Mike Eagan and the Brent Germany Team stayed right by our side, over 370 days from contract to closing. Not once did we ever feel Mike and his team were not a phone call or text away.We have built and bought five homes in our lifetime and the absolute hardest, longest, most trying, experience has been this one....but not because of Mike Eagan! Mike and Brianna were an amazing team to work with, from day one they were helping us by showing us houses the same day. They went far above and beyond what we expected, we thought the process was going to be difficult since we were from out of town but no Mike and Brianna made it so easy and stress free. We had them all over town sending us videos of different houses, giving us every bit of information they could find about not just the house but schools, utilities, etc. They really made us feel important, they both would call or text daily to just see how we were doing and if we needed anything, there was constant communication and never left us to wonder.     Brittany Smart handled the sale of our house in Lewisville, TX. Brittany is extremely professional, as well as helpful, caring, responsive and leaves no stone unturned. She gave us great advice as to the items that needed correcting on our house, and made herself available to meet contractors, and others. We moved out of state before the house was listed and Brittany stepped right in and met everyone that needed to get into the house; she was the contact point for all of the workers and contractors that had work to do and did an excellent job getting more than the listing price of the house.     I moved from California to Texas and had less then a month to get settled. I was recommended Brianna by family and let me tell you she was a blessing. She was able to tour the houses we saw via video and was truthful about the experience since I couldnā€™t personally be there. He is aggressive, strategic, super responsive, and very adaptive which is why I believe we were successful in submitting a winning offer and closing on a house in this extremely competitive market.     VU referred me to the Brent Germany Team and we couldnt have had a better home buying experience. Although it was our first house, we had some issues while looking over the least year and a half. Brents team made it so easy for us. All we had to do is show up and say, yay or nay. They seem to understand we are a young family and needed to try to save money when and where we could. They wrote a great offer around noon on a Sunday and we had an agreement by 5. It was an exciting experience and we were able to enjoy the experience thanks to the Brent Germany Team.     Tanya Rutledge did an excellent Job In finding an investment property for me in Frisco. I gave her my specifications including my Budget. Some of the specification were house to be year 2000 + constructed , minimum 3 BR + 2 Bathroom , Has potential for appreciation and Rental income . She found one in no time even before it went to the market and I liked it . She Negotiated with the sellers agent and made sure all the formalities such as inspection and the minor repairs as per inspection was done . She had a good negotiation Skills , patience and above all very prompt in responding to the E mails . Check list of all the things to be done before closing was done and hence closing was smooth . Customer satisfaction was her priority . I also appointed her for leasing my property and she found a Tenant in 15 days . It was awesome . I will have no hesitation in recommending her as a realtor
