My wife and I, as well as our son have worked with Brenda Western on five different real estate transactions over the last six years. We keep going back to Brenda because of her very high level of skill, her thoroughness and her genuine caring attitude for her clients.Whether on the buying or selling side, she thoroughly explained the process and laid out the facts necessary for us to make informed decisions on a course of action. Invariably that course of action proved to be the correct one.Our most recent experience with Brenda was the sale of our home in Flower Mound, Texas. She provided solid advice on a recommended listing price, which to some based on the current market may have seemed a bit low. But we were astounded when in a four (4) day period of time we received well over twenty offers! She reviewed the top offers with us, which led us to accept a very solid offer which was $100K over the asking price. The $100K over equated to more than 20% above asking price!The entire process went very smoothly to closing, with no bumps along the road. Before listing, she recommended a number of inexpensive fixes. When combined with some inexpensive staging, the 20 year old home showed at its best, both in the pictures attached to the listing and in the in-person showings. The result was the huge number of offers, many at incredible prices.In each instance when we or our son have worked with Brenda, she has reached out to us at every step of the process to insure that there were no surprises. When we had questions, she was always highly responsive, both in terms of timely call backs, and in answering our questions and concerns.Without question, Brenda is easily the most outstanding real estate agent that we have ever worked with.
