10/10 we recommend Brenda Burke. We were first time home buyers and moving from out of state. What could have been a very stressful process was actually exciting and enjoyable because of Brenda. She answered all of our questions and more. She digs deep to make sure you are getting all the information on the properties you are interested in. We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we were making an informed decision and getting the best deal possible. She got us into an area that we didn’t even think was an option for us and it was in our budget. Seriously we can’t thank her enough! She guided us through every step of the process as we purchased our home, and she was extremely knowledgeable in translating the confusing parts about home ownership. She checked in on us often, gave advice along the way, attended meetings and calls with us and the seller, and even followed up with the seller to make sure that tasks to be completed post-sale were addressed. We felt safe and secure that there wouldn’t be any surprises along the way.Brenda and her team clearly have the experience to make sure home ownership is easy and straightforward. Moving across the country could be very intimidating, luckily for me I had Brendan to facilitate with EVERY aspect as it relates house shopping. Brenda made the whole buying process so much easier and alleviated stress from the process for me. I would never look elsewhere for any real state needs. Not only is Brenda my realtor but throughout the process she became my first friend here in Texas. Her professionalism is un parallel, the way in which she conducts business and ensured I was taken care off even now months after my new home purchase is something hard to find. My wife and I used Brenda to help sell my first home in Pflugerville as part of a work relocation. She was excellent all around and has a straight forward approach to handling business - wastes no time. She was very clear in instructions of how to stage my home and she hired professional photographers to come shoot the home. Needless to say, the pictures came out fantastic, my home had a pile of interest on Zillow + Redfin and a continuous stream of potential buyers. I also appreciated that Brenda had a good feel for the Market during the interest rate climbing times. We were nervous that we were listing too high - but she persuaded us to stick to a higher asking. Ultimately, our home ended up in a multiple offers situation and sold above asking within 2 weeks - all while being listed at one of the most challenging times in recent history for sellers. Brenda did excellent and definitely guided us through the entire process.In summary, Brenda understands the Home Market and knows exactly how to generate a pile of interest in your home.

I had come across a listing for a rent to own program. Upon applying I was notified I would be connected with a Realtor. To my pleasure, this is how I met Brenda Burke.She was very communicative from step 1. She made sure she explained all options and details to me.After looking at my options, I decided to go the route of a traditional lease on a home to acclimate myself with the areas before deciding where to purchase a home. Brenda did not drop me,or the ball on helping me with that process either. She was there every step of the way. She even had her assistant help me, when she was not available.I dont need to bore you with my story, just the short important part. She is and was the most supportive asset have! My family and I are SO fortunate to have found Brenda Burke as our realtor. I have worked with several other realtors in my life, and none of them have been as competent, responsive, and accommodating as Brenda. We met her through sheer random chance and worked with her for more than a year, and over and over I have marveled at how lucky we were to do so. I can honestly say that we only got our awesome, amazing house directly BECAUSE of Brenda. She found us houses and lots that weren’t listed yet, gems that somehow hadn’t yet been snapped up by the market and somehow met our very specific needs. She seemed to be on a first-name basis with every builder around central Texas, all of whom raved to me about how wonderful she is as we shopped around. She never pressured us to make a decision that wasn’t the best thing for us, and when necessary she gave us the facts without sugarcoating them. We now live in a wonderful, perfect house, and I don’t think we ever would have gotten something this fabulous without her expertise, insight, and sincere care.We started working with Brenda when shopping for a house in the extremely challenging north Austin housing market of late 2020. Not only that, it was even more challenging for us because we were living across the country at the time. Nevertheless, Brenda was our “boots on the ground” before we came for a house-hunting trip, during the trip, and again once we went back home. She answered my many, many, many questions and helped us get the most out of our trip.Eventually, we decided to build a house with a popular central Texas builder, and that’s when Brenda really went above and beyond… for a whole year! Brenda was like our home-building concierge that whole time. She joined us for every meeting where she could add value or where we needed support. She pushed back on the builder when they were trying to make us accept something that wasn’t right. She answered every email and message in a timely manner, and she never left me hanging on an issue that was urgent or on something I was worried about. At every turn, I knew we could talk to Brenda and get the facts, and if something unreasonable was happening, Brenda would make it okay. I honestly don’t know how she was able to manage so many communications and dependencies so well; I know she has tons of clients, and yet somehow she never dropped the ball, never forgot something important, and always made the meetings she needed to make. If I called her while she was with another client, she always called back when she said she would. I have rarely dealt with someone so professional in ANY industry.Once we had all the papers signed for building the house, Brenda then helped us find a rental in Georgetown while we waited for our house to be built. She spent a huge amount of time – totally above and beyond the call of duty! – helping us find rentals in a challenging market. She sent me listings, called the listing realtors on the phone for us, and just did a ton of on-the-ground work for us to get here. Then, once we were here, Brenda and I were in touch weekly (or often 2-3 times per week) for seven (!) more months while the house was being built. She helped us deal with the builder on every little issue or problem, over and over and over, from start to finish. Consistently and without fail.I feel so very fortunate that we found Brenda. She is an amazing person and an amazing realtor, and I would absolutely recommend her to anybody. You could not be in better hands for such an important life milestone.
